In recent news, the students of Mr. Noll’s AP Calculus class, made up of eight seniors, took first place in the 1-2A state classification at Washburn University’s Math Day today! High schools across Kansas in classes 1-6A compete annually and MH-MA has done well for several years. Once again, the Ravens are on top. The students came back at the end of the day with high energy through the halls announcing “We won, we won!” Congratulations to the new Washburn Math Day Champions! The team consisted of Brendan Madden, Hope Baniewicz, Jonah Nichol, Bethany Dang, Evan Chmidling, Anthony Wurtz, Bohdan Korbelik and Onyi Ngwaba.
